About Resilience Fitness
Story
Resilience Fitness was founded in order to allow participants a chance to achieve more in physical and mental wellbeing by overcoming obstacles along the way. What started as bodyweight movements in a variety of locations have become a fully functioning studio dedicated to making things happen.
Mission
Resilience Fitness is dedicated to provide a thoroughly considered and exciting workout experience in order to achieve more both in performance goals as well as development of character.
Vision
Resilience Fitness aims to have a completed number of plans and options available to meet the needs of others. With continued research, programs and recommendations are regularly improved in order to provide the right fit based on the preferences of the participant.
Philosophy
Resilience Fitness holds true to focussing on each individual. Whether you are training to make a high level team or just need a place to vent, fitness can provide that outlet. If you need to be constantly pushed or just need to be held accountable, your trainer is flexible in helping you out.
